Ingredients: 1/2 cup cold coffee 1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or soy) milk 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 1 scoop chocolate or caramel protein powder 2+ teaspoon vanilla or caramel flavored creamer (the healthy variety!) 3 pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes if not soft) 1 small frozen banana Dash of salt 1 cup of ice
